All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground and customers are charged shipping fees at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
All international customers are responsible to pay all shipping costs, duties, and taxes. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We make every attempt to minimize the potential impact of customs delays. Shipping charges will be assessed at checkout. All duties and taxes will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 14 days to file a claim. We will exchange the item as inventory allows and refunds may be granted as detailed below.
NOTE: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours (email firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will correct the issue at our expense. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the entire cost of returned items, and cover return shipping expenses.
Free Return Shipping for Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item(s) for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, Lili Alessandra will cover return shipping on exchanged items only. To initiate an exchange you must contact email@example.com.
Other Eligible Returns
If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. To initiate a return you must request a Return Authorization (RA) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
