All pillows include inserts, some exceptions may apply (e.g. Pillowcases and most Outlet items).
Duvet covers do not include inserts and work best when paired with our oversized duvet inserts.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, fees applied at checkout.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days to request a return authorization.
Return requests made after 14 days will be considered, and if accepted, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Custom "Made To Order" items are not returnable.
